This is the best storage facility I have used in Dallas. Miriam Sellers is the general manager and she has gone out of her way to help me facilitate challenging moves. They offer the largest air conditioned storage units I could find and the rate is excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing secure climate controlled storage. They have a referral program and specials so take advantage of them because it makes a significant difference.

Mym Sellers is the best manager at the Grapevine location. She serves customers with her heart and soul. She is your best advertisement for this location.

Started moving in today after talking to mym about pricing. When I showed up to view the property, Paul was very helpful in letting me know how to access my unit and get in the gate. Beside from it being very well priced and clean, there is carpet in the hallways creating a quite move as well as a high tech security system which allows me to feel safe coming in and out with my items. Highly recommended.

The very best customer service experience ever encountered. May, on-site mgr was very insistent on providing the best experience while dealing with the haggle and stress that goes along with hassles of a quick move. I found a self storage that was a bit cheaper in price but I chose cubesmart based on the level of customer service with this business establishment. I will recommend this company to all friends and relatives in future endeavors. Thanx May 👍👍👌👌🤘🤘🖒🖒😆😆😆😆😆
