Driver showed up with 7 pallets for our company.  Said that without a forklift we couldn't get them off of the truck.  We have two pallet jacks, we he said they wouldn't work as they were too heavy.  He then proceeded to stand at the back of the truck while I personally unloaded 7 pallets, in flip flops, with a pallet jack.  He said that 'if there were two or three, then he would have helped'.  Also said, "I don't want to hurt myself, I don't get insurance through this company".  M&M has 'Built on Service' as there motto printed on all of their paperwork, immediately underneath their logo.  We've used them for numerous deliveries prior and sad to say, this might be the last.
