The entire process was smooth and easy! We called made a reservation for the unit size we wanted. Showed up was given a tour of the facility and showing of the unit and checked out. The two young ladies were awesome! You don't find great customer service like this often.

After researching public storage facilities for over a month, I initially decided on ez storage on Richie Road in Capital Heights, MD. What a mistake. The two managers were simply awful and showed no interest in trying to work with me in obtaining a storage unit with their facility. So I started researching again and decided to try CubeSmart on Beech Road in Temple Hills, MD. What a different experience. When I walked through the door I was greeted with big smiles and a genuine interest to help me. They were so, so nice to me. Before I actually visited the facility I had been in conversations with Tori who handled my paperwork. She was so helpful and pleasant. I see why they are an award winning facility. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend them. Tell Tori I sent you!!!! TRoss

Keyma was very professional and friendly. She made sure I understood all of the procedures and was very informative. The storage unit is perfect and the building is very clean. Oh yeah, the small computer screen that's sits on the counter is the bomb, my signature was perfect! Thank you Debra Rose

The representatives were knowledgeable, clearly explained the entire process, & just simply were professional. The facility is safe with operating gates, lighting system, security cameras etc. .... Definitely would recommend this site.
