Took over an hr to get my reserved truck. Then was threatened to tow my car bcz I came alone so I had to come back for my car. Rep didn't give me my discount bcz he didn't know how. Bought the truck back and was charged for gas even though they had it marked wrong. Sucks

This location has clean reliable trucks,,,, the female employees all have Friendly excellent customer service,,, also they are very attractive

I did the "online checkin" option and went through the whole process only to find that when I arrived, there was a massive line and I was told that I still had to wait despite my online instructions saying I may pick up the key.

Very slow, very unprofessional.  Uhaul as a corporation is very bad and unprofessional.  Called about an issue and talked to lady with screaming baby on phone for 30 min.  Got truck with wrong registration.  If pulled over by police, I know I would have gone to jail.  On phone for hours.  No ink for printer, cannot get receipts at desk, email only.  Just poor customer service all around.

I had scheduled a pick up for 9:30am I got there 10 early just in case there was a line. When I got there it was lots off people waiting and only 1 person working the desk.
