Mr. Grasso was very helpful - gave me options and showed me units.  He explained everything very clearly and then walked me though the gate procedure.  Really like the cleanliness of the place, the well lit walkways and timers for the lights.  Especially like the availability of hand trucks to move items easily into the unit.  Thanks!

Chris was awesome! Very knowledgeable in the Rental process. The storage units are located a couple miles from the home we're going to purchase so it made it very convenient. The unit we rented was very clean and the door was fully operational.

Phoned into CubeSmart Customer service to reserve my space. Speaking with customer service, they were able to find the correct location and storage size for my needs. Found premises to be a Central location - area safe, well lit and centrally located. Love the air conditionied space, lighting timers and on site flat bed carts. On sight manager did awesome job explaining and showing different units.

Best customer service experience I have had in a long time.  I met with both Ayanna Horn and Chris Grosso and they were both amazing.  Their employers should be proud and happy to have them as employees.  I would strongly recommend CubeSmart in general and definitely the location at 531 Cypress Edge Drive.
