very difficult to reach anyone by phone and never a call back but once you go there and see someone in person its fine. Good rates for the spaces

I paid a deposit for my storage unit. I was told I would get that back if i moved out before the first.  I was moved out before the first of the month.  I spoke to lady about my deposit,  she said the lady that handles the checks will call me back.  It's been over a month and no call. I've called on several occasions,  left messages.  No call back.  Very bad business to charge refundable deposits and not following through with your terms of a contract.  Will seek further action.

Get ready for a ride with this place! I rented two units in April at a slight discount for having more than one unit. I got a letter in October that they are raising my rates by 60%. Yes, 60%!
