Always friendly. The food is fresh so you will have to wait a few minutes but worth it.  For "fast food" it is a little more money. You know what the say you get what you pay for.

I'm from the East and haven't even heard of Culver's before this week. The young man at the counter was very polite and made some good suggestions. I went for the single bacon burger and mashed potatoes. Soon after I found out I should have ordered the chili cheese fries, not because the mashed potatoes weren't good, they were - but the chili cheese fries were delicious. Anyways, my burger got very messy very quickly but an employee came by the table to see how our food was and offered me napkins upon seeing the condition of my ketchup covered hands. He stayed for a brief conversation and went on his way after taking one of our trays away.

For "fast food" this was a great experience and I'd visit a Culver's again if I have to travel out here.

I ordered 2 Dbl cheese burgers, French fries and cole slaw. After waiting over 15 minutes for my to go order. Now mind you I counted 12 bodies working at that time. I finally moved to the counter and ask one of the Kids if my order was almost ready. He pointed to a girl that was pushing a Mop and bucket to help me she said to him "after i get done". Not sure when mopping was more important then customer service? but oh well. I finally got my food and headed home when I got there my wife pulled out the burger and each patty was paper thin and burnt to a crisp! So I headed back into town with this food and waited my turn to get up to the counter and explained to the girl that my burger was burnt she said "it Is" I said No I drove back here with a perfectly good burger. She ask what should I do? I said maybe get me another finally the expediter by the food area took charge and gave me a new one but forgot my fries so I went back in and got those also needless to say again my experience was not a good one at our local Culvers. I don't think the higher prices bother anyone if they get good quality food and in a timely manner but in this case it did not happen.

Food was awsome but the people not so much guess they don't get alot of black customers the cashier spoke to every one that came to the register but me & one of the crew members stop dead in her tracks and went the other way
