I work close by, so I visit this location often. The food here is consistently good, but what really stands out is the staff! The people who work here are so friendly! They greet you when you walk through the door, they take the time to answer any questions you have, and they make sure to thank you when you leave.

They have gluten free buns here! And they're actually good, not gross like usual GF buns are. Custard shakes are delicious too.

Good food and friendly people make it a fun place go for a quick meal. Prices are good as well.

Culver's is a great chain, but this location is struggling. When you're going to pay $10 for a fast food burger, it had at least better be good. At our most recent visit, my fiance and I purchased two burgers, one without a bun. They gave us our bag of food and we began to drive off-- only to realize they completely forgot my meal! How mess up a meal that only consisted of two burgers? Seriously? It was really inconvenient as we were already running late. On top of it all, the food was cold and greasy, and the fries are obviously kept frozen and not fresh. It was really disappointing.

They forgot the meat on a kids patty, which is pretty sad. However, Luis had no hesitation offering a new sandwich (and fries) with coupons for two free meals. Handled with class.
