I'm not sure how they did it but the cook at this Culver's should teach every Culver's cook how the job is done. We dined and had a cheese Burger, pork loin and fries. absolutely no grease on any of the food. Not even remnants of grease on the containers in which the food was served. On top of this the young lady who rang us up at the cash register was extremely pleasant joyful and courteous. I frequently visit Culver's and this was by far the best experience.
Wonderful people at this Culver's! While helping a customer with difficulties Jill was patient and kind. She made sure the customer had exactly what she wanted even though it took some effort to figure out what that was. Jill was friendly and positive, making the customer feel welcome. Made my day to witness such kindness!
I have eaten at different locations in Chicago and south & Northwestern suburbs and have different tastes. I love the butter burger but the last time I bought one the kind of meat they used made me question it was real meat I was disgusted by the texture and after taste. About reconsidering ever getting this burger again. I love ice cream but it's too white with no signature taste or flavor just plain. The toppings only add texture and flavor. It's not made with love I will no longer buy it again.
The food is always yummy and hot. It’s always busy so it takes a while sometimes but if you have the time it’s worth it. I love how the workers always make sure you get what you like:
My family and I love Culver’s. They arguably have the best chicken tenders. Today, I enjoyed the deluxe double cheeseburger w/ a side of cheese curds.
For the most part this is a great place to eat. The food is tasty and customer service is great. There are the occasional order mistakes that happen, however that can happen anywhere you go. I will continue to eat at this location.Food: 4/5
This is usually a good location but not tonight 1/10/2023. I ordered three garden salads and a one piece chicken tender. I was shocked by the price being so high so I asked what cost so much. The disgruntled manager older white guy came up to the drive thru and mentioned the price was higher because of the chicken. I said I didn't want chicken added to the garden salads. He seemed upset when I asked for my food that way and to the cashier to close the window. He than said something behind the window which I couldn't hear. The price was still high afterwards but I didn't question why since it seemed I was being a bother with ordering my food. When I got home I noticed that they had also charged me for a full chicken tender meal rather than the one piece chicken tender I had requested. I was too annoyed to go back and insulted to clarify the actual correct order I had originally requested. Wish I got the guys name. He was very rude.
Not a fan of the seasonal Walleye fish sandwich but I usually get their cod fish sandwich and it's always good with mayo, ketchup, mustand and onions. Not a fan of tartar sauce. Strawberry milkshake is the best I've EVER had!! I'd fight for it!! HahaFood: 5/5
Onion rings were kind of soggy, had to go back because they gave me unsweetened tea and after going back to get another one the sweet tea wasn’t sweet. Besides the over ripe tomato and old lettuce, the chicken sandwich was okay.
Lol at the drunk manager dude. Can’t believe they let employees drink on the job. Her breath smelling like alcohol while she’s mouthing off to customers. Also crappiest service. Order online and you might get your food 45 minutes after you arrive.
