Can i give it a zero? Put in an order online at 7:15pm for pickup at 7:50pm. Show up, but there's a hand-written note on the door that says "Close at 7pm". Disabling online ordering if you're gonna close early would be nice.
They close at 7 pm daily due to no workers. Asked owner Orly to update since many have to order via the app. He said we can just ask for a refund from Corp. That doesn't help when my kids are hungry the app gave me an order number and time to pick up only to be told at by the owner to go away he's closed. I showed him my order number n pickup time he said not his problem. We're spending our hard earned dollars here but we will no longer support rudeness like this.
Been here 5 times in the last 6-8 months. They NEVER have Hot and Ready pizzas available. No matter what time I show up, they are always sold out. What's the point in advertising it if you don't carry them? This was the last trip I'll make. I'll stick to frozen.Food: 1/5
Terrible never order from them 2 times already when I ordered online from them it said it’s was confirmed just to come to the place for it to be closed 2 hrs before closing time!! 2nd time ordered it online again for 11 am supposed to open at 11 am called me saying can’t make order no employees came it’s 12 at noon still hasn’t open with people working inside
I came payment on my lunch break to get a pizza because I had a gift card. I let an employee and he went in back then when he was back there I waited 5 minutes. Then after those five minutes he proceeded to say hey there's a woman out there. No one came out after he said that and I waited another 27 minutes until I left frustrated by how blatantly rude these people are. I work in customer service and this was just rude and lazy
We tried LITTLE CAESARS again recently, after 3 years , due to COVID-19...And we found the CHEESE are delicious, much much better than the past... So we are happy... TY very much Food: 5/5
Closed at 5:45 on a Friday, sat waiting for 30 minutes before I was called and notified they canceled my order. Issues the last three times I went there. Never again
Why would your system allow me to place an order when the location is closed?? Wasted my time... now trying to figure out how to get my money back. Definitely not coming back!
Ordered a sticks and slices and a crazy bread. Got half of the cheese missing on my pizza only one sauce and cold garlic covered crazy bread didn't even know that was an option that I never wanted. The gm then called the next day and didn't understand that what I was talking about so I figured I would circle it on a picture. I got 1 sauce instead of two and the crazy bread was cold and covered in garlic sauce which I did not ask for. Hopefully he can wrap his head around my complaint now.
Moves to online ordering is terrible. Gave me a random person's pizza and had pineapple on itnever ordering here again.
