I love Culver’s.  Unfortunately, the new location in Canton, cannot seem to get it together.  I fully understand the situation with staffing and empathize which is why I waited until the third time to post. This time my and my son’s double deluxe with the works minus onions ended up with basically nothing on it.  I tried calling maybe 10 times but never an answer.  So I drive all the way back and request new burgers made according to my order.  They check my receipt no one apologizes then hand me a bag of condiments.  Wow.  Just wow. I try to stay positive but I can’t here.  I didn’t even mention that I ordered milkshakes and they just tap us cups of ice cream.  I know it’s tough but the wheels are off this wagon.  This is a complete management failure not high schoolers.  They only know what is taught, trained and lived by this organization.

I ordered from there on 5/19/2022 at 9pm..the meat on my burger is burnt, super thin, and hard. I paid for a double and the patty is not even a single patty. There was no ketchup or mayo on my burger. Hands down the worst culvers around. 0 star!

On a Friday night, they were out of almost every ice cream flavor on the menu. Or may be the workers just didn't want work the last hour of the shift. They only could do the banana split & it was melted & dripped all over my car.  I went back & found out why. The place is run by a bunch of poorly trained teenagers.

My family and I love Culver's. So much so that we patronize the Canton, MI location multiple times per week. Unfortunately we will not be returning.  The last three visits there have resulted in our meals being prepared wrong. The last time it happened we requested to speak to a manager. He apologized for the inconvenience and stated he would add my name to a list for a free meal to replace one of the meals we'd already paid for that was prepared incorrectly.  We returned today and spoke to a different manager who stated she couldn't do anything about it and unfortunately would not be able to honor the other manager's promise. We provided his name and explained the situation. She then stated "I've told them to stop doing that. I wasn't here so I can't do anything about it".  As previously stated, we patronize Culver's multiple times per week. We are never looking for "free meals". We spend a lot of money at this location. Unfortunately, Google reviews reflect that we aren't the only customers who have had issues here. This location needs corporate intervention quickly.

Always a tasty, hearty meal that is only slightly overpriced.  Their mushroom Swiss burger competes with any I've had at other eateries, and their cheese curds with marinara are always a forgivable sin. Tasty ice cream dessert slections. An ever-energetic counter staff wanting to please that I've dubbed the "Jack Russell terriers of the customer service world"! Wonderful family atmosphere with plenty of people-watching fun at peak hours! :-

Average 4 stars  3/5 Food ordered single mushroom Swiss burger basket meal that came with fries and a drink.  The burger patty was so thin, it felt like a White Castle slider with a tiny piece of Swiss cheese on it. Where were the mushrooms? No sauce, so it was super dry. Wish I would've taken a photo. Would not order again.  The fries were great, hot and tasty when picked up. Saving grace of the meal.  The soft drink cup was FULL of ice, so barely any soda in the cup after a few sips.  The total cost of the meal was $10.17, which is not worth it in my opinion. I would rather order a full lunch meal across Ford Road from Szechuan for $11 or go to McDonald's for a better meal.

Spicy Chicken was on point and fresh as per usual for Culver's. The drive thru root beer tasted like it was out out of syrup so I went into the lobby to get a fresh cup, it tasted much better. They are doing the best they can here and I still had a good experience.

We've eaten at Culver's all over the country and normally get good food and good service.  This one was an exception.  It took ten minutes to order.  The cashier kept getting our order wrong and I had to keep correcting him.  The receipt showed the correct order.  When our food came it was wrong.  We brought it back and waited while they fixed it.  After eating we ordered custard.  The cashier didn't know how to ring up an order with two different scoops but said he'd take care of it.  16 minutes later our order came and it was wrong.  We brought it back and waited while they fixed it.  Sorry, but three strikes and you're out.  There are other Culver's in the area.  Try one of them.

I really shouldn't have to repeat my order twice let alone three times, I've gotten to the point where I just don't care anymore and I just want my food so I can leave. Culver's used to have great customer service and order accuracy, over the last couple years that has gone down. I feel they could do a better job if they workers felt appreciated more but I don't feel that when I come here.

I order a simple meal, cheeseburger fry drink and onion rings in the drive-thru. I waited for 15 minutes 4 orders came out after mines was placed I went in asked for a manager, manager was unavailable. Received my food fries were extremely salty so I asked for unsalted fries and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my fries. To top it off the employees were irritated that I was upset and I never spoke with a manager. I have never been somewhere and you ask for a manager and get told the manager on break and unavailable. How do you wait 30 minutes for 1 burger 1 fry and 1 onion ring? I will travel further to go to Culver's but I will never spend another cent at the one in Canton. After reading other reviews my review is just to alert other customers because it doesn't seem like corporate looks at the reviews 1 out of 7 maybe had a response.
