I waited in line for 20 minutes and i get to the window and they give me the wrong order .. i tell them and turns out the girl handing out the food gave the people infront of me the wrong order too. So they go to remake my food and they dont even do it right and this is what they give me … they didnt even bother apologizing about it either.

I’d give zero stars if i could, I’m sure they have the headset connected to something other than the drive thru channel, had to repeat my order three times for them to mess up everything besides the lemonade.  Not even sure they know they work at Wendy’s honestly. Stone cold fries, wrong sandwich lettuce had some brown stuff on it?, wrong nuggets, partially ripped open sauce??? Was that even my order?? Good god why did I come here. Get some people with basic communication skills in there NOW! First get the FDA to check protocols seriously. Wasn’t busy at all, didn’t seem safe to eat either. We need better for the canton community.

Ordered through the app for dine-in, which the app said was open. Showed up and there's a sign at the front doors that the dining room is closed. Had to wait in the drive thru line to get my order, for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Finally got there to get food only to be told that we could come inside and the doors shouldn't be locked.

This was the first time I have been to a Wemdy's in about 5 yrs. Service was Fast, Food was Awsome, Atmosphere was Fantastic. Great Job to the Ladies behind the Counter. Fries  were really good, burger with bacon      was Yummy.   Kid-friendliness: There is kids menu, if you get a chance check it out.  Parking: Parking was close to door.  Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to use.

I just wanted a medium Frosty/Fry. Not a crazy order but I worked a long day and wanted something sweet. My fries were cold and my Frosty was sized Small. Not great. Won't be returning.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line to place my order, which took forever. When they finally gave it to me I get the drink holder after I get all 4 of my drinks. I get all the way home and  my sandwich is wrong and I am missing something. I live 20 minutes away and stopped there after shopping. This is the worst place on the planet. I tried calling and just hang up on you.

I hate to write this review but every single time i come to this location i am always missing food that I paid for. They almost never answer the phone for me to compain about my missing food for them to remedy it.  I've missed whole orders of frys, drinks, chili's and even burger patties from doubles that were ordered....pretty ridiculous.  BTW This locations fries are always old, trashy and unsalted, never once have I gotten a fresh order.  I am stuck going to this wendys instead of going to the wendys at ford and haggerty due to that location 95 % of the time they turning OFF their mobile ordering.  Trying to reach someone at comcast would be easier than wendys corporate to get this location into back to its standard.

Edit:  I had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place.  I placed an mobile order and went to pick it up in the drive thru.  They was no response at all from the speaker.  I pull up to the window and try.   Nothing.  I honk my horn.  Still nothing. I go inside and the staff are all sitting at tables, on their phones and barely look up when I wake in.  THEY STILL NEVER HELPED ME.  I ended up walking out without my meal and cancelled my order.  I'll NEVER order from this location again.  Wendy's is always a quality fast food place and this location didn't disappoint.  With two different drive-thrus in one place the other being Tim Hortons make sure you got to the right one, I almost tried to order from the wrong one lol.

Did a drive thru a little over and hour ago at this location. My only complaints I have is the long wait and our fries were not "hot and crispy" as advertised. I thought that hot and crispy fries would be my reward for waiting to order for over 15 minutes but that was not the case. The sandwiches we ordered was fresh though and staff was nice too. They just need to improve the wait time and living up to the "hot and crispy" fry Guarantee.  Sincerely, I still rock with Wendy's.

fries had no taste, very hard. food came out in seconds we knew it wasn’t even close to fresh. employees looked like they didn’t want to work, they looked very bothered and we were the only customers there at the time
