Hit or miss here. Walked in to manager screaming at the employees threatening to cut hours. Waited 20 minutes for our order inside because the drive-through was wrapped around the building. Sometimes I come here in the food is excellent in the service is great then the next three visits are horrible. The staff was friendly though and location was fairly clean
Despite the fact that we had to use the kiosk to order unless paying with cash this was a good visit! Food was perfect for once!
This particular restaurant is an insult to your time. Have fun sitting in line for 20 minutes just to be told they’re closed in the middle of lunch rush. The last 3 times I’ve tried to get lunch this month they have been closed. If the McDonald’s ice cream machine is more reliable than the entirety of your restaurant you should probably consider leaving the business.
Not horrible! It’s your typical fast food, what can I say. They’re decently fast, but forgot some things on my order. The employees there are friendly and I haven’t had an issue customer service wise there. Mainly just order-errors but they are quick to fix them
They were only taking mobile orders,which I'm perfectly fine with. The issue I have is hearing the staff yelling at each other through the drive thru window. That is very unprofessional and customers should not have to hear that while waiting for food. I used to be a manager at a Taco Bell in Livonia and we never treated our staff like that. Please do better Taco Bell.
This Taco Bell is an absolute joke. Tried going here 2 weekends in a row. First time was a Friday at 8pm, after waiting 20 minutes they told me they are only taking online orders. No sign whatsoever, the 30 cars behind me I’m sure weren’t happy either. 2nd time I tried on a Saturday at 10pm, I called to makes sure they were open this time because of what happened the 1st time, again after waiting about 25 minutes they told me they are actually closed. I said “I just called 20 min ago and you said you closed at 11”? The drive through lady angrily snapped back “We had someone walk off and there’s only three of us here”. Understandable. I said “you guys should maybe put a sign up because there’s about 20 cars behind me still waiting”. She then screamed at me”we can’t put up a sign our owner won’t allow it”! Forget this place seriously I know it’s only Taco Bell, but get it together, let people know what’s going on, don’t let customers wait 20-30 minutes just to tell them your not taking any orders. If you can function as a business then close, don’t make your customers suffer. And I understand the drive-through ladies frustration. it sounds like management needs to step in and either hire some additional staff or close until they can operate at a bare minimum level. Unacceptable
By far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. I am writing this after getting my food after waiting in the drive thru line for an actual hour and half. I’m not sure what took so long but this is the second time I’ve been here within a week and had to wait over an hour. Just go to the Taco Bell 15 minutes away and save yourself an hour. Edit: I had to return my food as well Because all of it was wrong. Went inside and took another 20 minutes to fix my order. Place sucks Edit #2 cashier was nice at least and remained patient with the 67 cars in line
Could not be slower in service if they tried. This is completely the opposite of fast food. Also, they will not let you walk in for mobile orders even though they have the option for take-out on the mobile app.
I just got a taco and the cheese was covered In white mold. Last night they had two people working and said no orders unless online or door dash. I sat there and put my order in and they told me it didn’t come up, and would take 15 min to receive it and I could come back.???!!! I said shut off your lights and go home if you can’t wait on Customers. Two people doing nothing????
Staff great there is one outstanding young man that left culvers to work at taco bell sorry don't remember his name-friendly accommodating. I was so Grateful for all those working there especially when my stove stop working. They kept open while others closed while very short staffed. They worked during the most difficult times.
