Great Atmosphere for game night or if you just want to drink but the actual food is simply average. I would not recommend the chicken and waffles since it was poorly cooked , cold and awkward to eat. However there is a wide range of options, quick service & good service. The shaker sauce is amazing though

I would give shakers a 4/10 the food was edible but not delicious although it looked pretty good. My server Jenna was very nice and attentive. But the food just wasn’t up to par the salmon was very bland and the mashed potatoes were freezing cold. I also did not like the one side option. It didn’t make sense to me to be given two portions of the same side instead of one portion of 2 different sides. It’s not the worst but i would not return.

Ordered take out & had a quick & easy experience. Order was accurate & they kept the meat & cheese on the side of the sprouts bc i am vegan & my carnivore mother still wanted the bacon & parm. fries aren't my fav, but they go well with their dipping sauces. Burger was ok, i just wish there were more vegan friendly foods here. my mom had the sandwich in the pic below & seemed to like it.

Mediocre would be a generous compliment. The chicken and waffle sandwich is two cold packaged waffles with an over fried chicken tender.  The BBQ chicken pizza is a store bought crust thrown together.  And the service… I would have gladly told them our food was wholey inadequate but Frey never asked and barely made it back. By the time I got the sauce for my fries they were cold.  Don’t waste your time, your money or your calories.

Came in on a Sunday night for a pre-movie anniversary dinner with my wife. Quick seating and fast initial service with a clean men’s bathroom, but unfortunately the compliments end there.  After being sat at a dirty table, I ordered a “Detroit Mule” from the drink menu and was served a copper mug of Vernors with red syrup in it, along with water in a dirty glass. For our food orders, we both ordered different burgers well done. One was delivered with a completely pink half, both with largely unmelted cheese. Not many people in the restaurant but it was unfortunate to see most visible staff focused on their phones in various places for a majority of our time here. This is not necessarily an issue, but they didn’t come by the table and were hard to get a hold of.  Maybe 8:15 on a Sunday is considered off hours, or it was a sub-standard day. Either way a disappointing experience and not one we’ll be revisiting anytime soon.

My wife and I just visited this place at approximately 8pm on 2/4/23 and had the best service and dining experience here. I typically DO NOT write reviews, but our young waiter Jared gave us outstanding service and recommendations. This young man should be recognized for his work ethic, politeness and presentation. All the employees seem to be well trained, polite with outstanding work ethic as well. NOBODY sat around and refused to help one another. So a kudos to that manager that night as well as he personally came to us and many other tables to check if everything was good. Well, it wasn’t good, it was great. The food was equally as great as the service was. I tipped almost 40% to this young man to let him know how appreciative my wife and i were for his service. When seated waited 15 mins just to get a water. Never introduced to our waitress had to flag down the manager to just get waters after he said he will find out server she was nice but messed up on the burgers the way they where supposed to be cooked never refilled our drinks and brought out wrong sauce then charged us for the wrong sauce . The food is decent don't get me wrong I got a Michigan burger and asked if I could sub the fries for asparagus when the meal can out I got 3 asparagus  I was like they bet not charge me for the three asparagus but they did the charge me $3 a dollar a asparagus I guess . Long story short I wish the service was better.

Tried this place for the first time. I ordered the steak and cheese on sub bun. Wished I would have got it on wrap instead. Bun no good but fries were great and I love their shakers sauce. Probably will be back in the future.

Sat at the bar for quick lunch! Food was fast and absolutely delicious. Price was right as well. Great visit would recommend for quick lunch!

I ordered a wedge salad eclectic to get a 1/4 wedge of salad.  I ended up with a side salad choosing 14.00. This is ridiculous and the side salad would not go me up.
