Waited 20  minutes in my car after paying and getting my number. When asked they said the order wasn't in their system and had to wait another 5 for my food. Nothing offered for the mistake.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. We ordered & PAID for a delux & did not receive the correct burger with everything on it like we paid for. Order a kids meal for my son & they didn't give us a kids meal bag (why else do you order a kids meal). Brought it back to my husband & he was very disappointed about his burger & our son not getting his ice cream coupon. Called them 10 times.... TEN. No answer each time. Drove all the way back to ask why they weren't answering & tell them the issues. the manage Allan had the phone connected to his shoulder & said he "couldn't hear it". Allan stated that the burger was "the kitchen staffs fault so he couldn't do anything about it". Not sure what manager at a food business talks to customers the way he did us. Also stated that "he's not nice to people that come in & complain"... also not sure what manager works at a food business who isn't "nice" to people to have an issue... 
absolutely hands down the worst customer service I have EVER experienced at any Culver's, EVER.

Never fails that they screw up our order at the drive thru. Today we checked and found out our cheese curds were missing so we went back through to get them. Guess we should have checked the rest of our order--no extra tartar as we ordered, no roll ,no butter no napkins. Called 3 times, no answer. So instead of sharing my complaint with one (probably 16 year old) manager, I am sharing it with the entire public. Not to mention the letter I will be writing to corporate

Exactly what you'd expect from Culvers! Friendly staff, clean and tasty food! Try the Reuben! I like mine with extra corned beef..... DELICIOUS!

Drive-in service was quick and competent. Big selection of quick-bite items. Interior is comfortable. Culver's is a popular option; expect a gathering if you dine in.
