Purchased my bike at Cupertino Bike Shop, they were knowledgeable accommodating and no pressure sales. They also gave me 15% off on the accessories. My peddles were on my other bike so they loaned me a pair until I was able to get them back.

I'm shopping for a new bike.  I visited this bike shop to check out the Cervélo.  I talked to very knowledgeable people and they have me some guidance around Cervélo models.  I was able to test ride two models and they let me ride 15-20 minutes.  Awesome shop!

I've been coming to Cupertino Bike Shop for some 20+ years and have always had a great shopping experience. Whats special about this locally owned bike shop is the depth of knowledge and experience that the staff has. Plus if you are looking for that slightly older hard to find bike part, chances are they have it or know where to find it. Cupertino Bike Shop also has a great selection of the latest bikes and components available at a fair price. Another awesome thing about the shop is that it has the feel of a bike museum. With many bits of history and vintage bikes on display to look at and appreciate.  Its a special place I would suggest popping in and checking out. You might even get a nice cup of espresso for your effort.

Recently, while biking I had a puncture in my tubeless. I found the service pathetic - despite paying hefty price to just put a tube in, they had a high schooler, who had no clue about road bikes, do the work. Their whole attitude seemed to milk rather than provide service. Btw, this was my second visit - the first one was a few years back and I had similar experience. I thought, that previous trip might had been an exception that's why I ended up visiting again - but I was wrong. 

Right after that, I went to Bike Outfitter. And what a pleasant experience those guys provided. 

Avoid these guys.
