3 stars for the staffs. They were helpful and tried to help all they can. 1 for transaction. I went in July 6th at 11am for a tablet. Paid for used 1 with protection plans. There were no tech on site to reset the tablet to get off of demo mode. I've waited around 01pm to find out there were tech in at 12pm. Come to find out they can't fix the problem at 2pm. So I've decided to buy a new tablet. Paid another transaction and cancel the 1st one. The service person said it'll be 4 to 5 business for refund. Today is the 23rd no refund yet.

Customer service here is only from the sales people who need to sell. Cashier was not knowledgeable about making payments into principle all she said is you need to go to credit department. I asked the nice lady in the credit dept if they train all cashier to make these payments she said yes.

Surprised to find out that they are no longer on commission. Customer service is still good and there warranty program is top-notch although a bit expensive. Marco Guevara was great.

Stood at the electronic section for over 30 mimutes no one was availavle to help me . Stood in line at the phone section to ask the girl for assistant but she was taking her sweeet time with the customer she was helping laughing and giggling while others also waited. Got fed up and left . Ill take my money elsewhere . Bad customer service ans apperantly under staffed .
