I will always treasure Guitar Center, no matter where. However, the people working here, especially on the acoustic guitar and microphone department have very little knowledge about the products and how the system works. It would literally take 3 people to look for the order I'm picking up. Great selection, decent prices, just need better employees.

A lot has changed in Guitar Center in the last few years. We could get great deals from the store before. Now they are rigid. Surely, guitar center is hurting in business. I noticed they are setting up space for music lessons at the store.

If it can be played you can get one here. The staff is top notch. Knowledgeable, informative, attentive, and polite. I have purchased several instruments at this location and got a great instrument at a great price delivered immediately and backed by their satisfaction guarantee everytime. Try them out you won't be disappointed.

What a disappointment. I wanted to buy a drum throne. No one spoke to me after 10 minutes. I went up front and watched two employees talking. Neither of them acknowledged I was standing there. After asking for help one of them said they would have someone help me. A Gibson representative came and attempted to help me but could not check stock. I left without ever talking to a salesman about purchasing a throne. No wonder their store is empty.

This particular store is awesome, been going here for years. Staff are always helpful and friendly. They let my autistic son play any instrument he wants in the store and encourages him while doing so which is rare these days.
