Never had a bad experience here. They are normally fast to help. They employees are kind, and knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Switched to T-mobile over the phone recently. Had to switch 3 phones they sent and was instructed to get phones from a retail store. Found this retail store online with 4 stars. Spoke initially with Ashley, who attended to me over the phone where I was placed on hold and instructed to call back multiple times because of some safe times/issues. I was finally at the store to purchase 3 phones when I was instructed to come back the following day to bring trade-in phones. The staff said they'll be there, the phones will be reserved for me and I can come but was not told what time. Came back the following afternoon but apparently Ashley left. I asked if she ever left any information about my business but nobody seemed to know anything. I was told to wait so they can check their inventory. I thought to myself, "Uh oh, where did my phones go?" I approached the guy who initially attended to me (no name tag) and asked how long will I have to wait. He answered me rudely about cannot tell people what time the safe will open. Did not have an idea what he was talking about??? I was asking how long do I have to wait. He gave me an off answer. I waited some more and then approached another sales rep to ask the same question. The same rudeness as the other guy. What's up with this people? They need lessons in customer service! I showed them I am well mannered so I kept my cool. I then am finally attended to by Caryn. I tried to let her know how rudely I was treated thinking she is a better staff than the guys. And NO! she's as rude as the other two guys. Unbelievable! She pretended to help me transfer the data from my old phones until she thought of an alibi that the WiFi in the store was too slow. That task is not hard so I paid for the phones and left. I couldn't stand the rudeness and lack of professionalism in that place! When I got home, I found out that Caryn did not even activate my phone! COULD YOU BELIVE THAT! Just to spite me? If that store is not the only store I found the 3 phones I needed, I would have left that store right away. I guess I should not wonder why they have the phones in stock. I guess nobody can stand the sales rep there who really needed serious lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did not even want to give then ANY STAR!

I love coming here because of the employees they are very nice and friendly and helpful
