Do not buy anything in this place very bad service they also have a promotion for free items then u buy $700 worth of stuff and they won't give u what is on the ad. the managers there and very greedy people they will talk to u like if u were born last night. If u ever buy anything here make sure that u don't go back for that item cuz even if it has warranty they will come out with if and buts and it's not there problem. They also go as far as hiding the same item u warranty so they can tell u they don't have any more and give u something of less value. Caution with this stores!!!

Customer service is terrible here. All the associates in electronics do is lie and refuse service. They also make up "house rules" when it comes to their company's price match guarantee policy. They don't thoroughly verify and do proper research they automatically assume that prices are low FROM THEIR LIST OF COMPETITORS because they're broken or some kind of display model without verifying the condition of the product. They'll also check OTHER stores and to make you look stupid when you bring in a SPECIFIC COMPETITOR FROM THEIR LIST to say they can't price match because other stores THEY CHECKED don't have the same sale. Never ever coming here again. Calling their corporate office today. I hope they get shut down they don't deserve to do business if it's not being done correctly. Don't come here if you want lies and deceit and to feel like you have to pay the expensive prices they have to show. I advise shopping elsewhere and saving money it's honestly not worth the hassle or time whether you argue in English or Spanish about what's right.

I've been coming to the chino store for many years, it's a great place to start your credit if you want to build it at a young age. Favorite department to go to is cosmetics & jewelry. They have very nice & helpful employees, and also have good sales/prices. Katty's customer service there is one of the reasons I always go to her, keep up the good work!

I was promised a great price on a 4k tv but ended up getting sold a thousand dollar TV and not under $700 tv. Calling them by phone to set up my tv was a nightmare. No one picked up and was left on hold for 23 minutes. So I went to the location instead and then was told that the people who set up tvs where going to call me tomorrow.
