I had a return, whereby I was erroneously charged for the same pair of pants twice. The wonderful young woman, Tawnia, who helped me, most graciously refunded me the funds for the pants, without question. Following this, I shopped both in the men's & women's sections. There was a huge 60% off sale, where I found lots of cute tops, PJ's, & all literally for pennies on the dollar. Penney's has always had great service, but this day, with this Clerk, I was very impressed! Great Saturday shopping experience, even in a large crowd!

Living in Chino Hills, I loved going to this store. It was always clean, neat and seemed very organized. However, in the last few months it has gone DOWNHILL. You walk in and it appears clean and organized, but once to go further into various departments, mainly the shoe departments, and women's clothing it is a huge mess. There is litter on the floors, clothing does not look like anyone keeps on top of keeping the racks or shelves looking neat. It is starting to look like a 3rd rate store. You have added appliances and mattress department and have taken away the "PLUS SIZE" clothing for women.!! I am afraid I don't like going into this store any more and you have probably lost a lot of customers in this local community because your store provided shopping for those who did not want to go to Brea Mall. The local Goodwill Store is better looking than this J.C. Penny Store.

One of my favorite stores to go shopping. Great place to buy clothes for the family and shoes.

It is a nice store with an easy to get too location. The Saphora inside is huge

I got a great deal on what I bought however I had to wait in a very long line and there were only two cash registers open. There were a few more they could have opened. I wish they had. I will go back though. I am very happy with my purchases.
