I've been a member at several gyms and engaged in many exercise programs over the years. I have always dreaded dragging myself there and found it difficult to engage and feel comfortable. This always left me discouraged and unable to achieve success. But then my friend suggested I try Curves. Expecting it to be the same circuit experience I found at gyms, I was not looking forward to it. Fast forward 3 years, and I STILL belong. Why? The reasons are many. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The concept of working out with other women is fantastic. We work out together and talk about our daily lives without realizing that we are getting all the amazing benefits of a full work out. The time flies, and it's really a stress free experience.

curves warminster is a nice warm environment that makes working out enjoyable. always friendly-staff, very effective workout, great for any age or ability, and now they even have Zumba! love it!
