Nice equipment, its kept clean etc... my issues are with the training staff. I signed on for the training program and the turnover rate on these trainers is ridiculous, by the time you get a routine going with one they quit and your stuck redoing the "intro" stuff with the new guy until they quit. Then they kick you off of equipment at will when they feel its time for a student to use it rather than wait for you to finish using it. Consider other options before making the decision to sign on with this place, very unprofessional and unreliable staff.

The club was recently updated. There were some welcomed changes. There is now a very defined personal trainer area. This takes up a decent amount of space and makes clients feel unwelcomed to use the area and equipment. The area is rarely used by personal trainers and their vlients. This is most likely due to the cost and quality of the trsiners. The locker rooms finally have had the disgusting, germ collecting carpeting removed. They look very nice. Lockers are much nicer. The pool area is still the most disgusting part of the gym. The pool area consistently has mold around it. The hot tub always has issues and is square. The corners have imbedded mold in the corners. It is NEVER cleaned well. Such a disappointment. Corporate doesn't care either. The kids club has too many children to watch on many occasions and they pay VERY poorly to have your child watched. A babysitter gets about $15 an hour for one child... it goes up from there. They pay around !8 and take taxes out. Do not expect them to properly watch your child. Leave your kids home.

Never had a problem at this location. Unobtrusive staff, and for the most part other members are not bothersome in the least.

Very avomodating staff, facility is on a smaller side but good overall.

Stuff remain broken for 3+ months. Manager lies to keep you a member as long as possible.
