Very poor customer service. Not very helpful when you need a ride.  The location at Business Loops was horrible. We went there to change our tires and the guy told us that he would be able to do our  alignment after he changes the tires. So we went to go get the the car and the guy told us that he couldn't do the alignment in our car anymore because his "machine was down" So he said that we could go back two days after then he would be able to. Then we went back and he told us to call the another location because in town because he wasn't able still to provide our services. Plus it took them more than one hour to pick us up to take us back to the shop to get our car . Over all this company is horrible. Avoid going there . Fail !!!!!

I've been here for the past two years now and have had great service every time. They're always open for quick fixes that I need and always help me understand exactly what and why things need to be done.

I inherited my dad's war wagon,  2010 Nissan Armada, as well as the attendant automotive issues. Seeing as I don't know a sparkplug from my arse I always feel suspect talking to mechanics. 

Chris however, at Custom Auto not only took the time to explain why my car wasn't starting properly and point out everything on my itemized receipt, but threw in a complete diagnostic and changed my battery terminals free of charge.

The entire staff was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and they got me back on the road in no time with a new battery (2 year full/5 year limited warranty) and a reaffirmed sense of safety for only $120.

Would highly recommend and not just because of the delicious waiting room coffee.
