We just came to these guys after a different mechanic didn't fix our antifreeze leak,  we're traveling long distances,  the super down to earth mechanic here told us the issue right away, said it's kind of a big job and have us some tips on how to get to where we're going without breaking anything. These guys are clearly doing a great job, as they were all busy, and not trying to rip anyone off! Just wish we had found them before the first guys. Nice job guys, thanks a lot!

This shop has really been honest and upfront with me, and helped me keep my older car safe and running well.   When I have asked they have been very good about prioritizing work that needs to be done, and letting me know what I need to fix ASAP, and what won't hurt to wait a little while on - which helps when you are on a budget.  One time when they quoted me a price, and the actual part was listed wrong, and ended up being more (by about 10%) they stood by their original quote.  Just bought another car and heading there for a safety inspection Monday.

Would have been higher but a wheel alignment took three hours to get done, didn't seem to have other cars that were being worked on either. They very well may have been busy, but would have had no idea to know as they give you no sense of when your car will be finished and appointments do not carry much weight nor make a difference. For these reasons, will not be returning, unfortunately.

Update: after having my wheels aligned here, I noticed a faint noise that grew longer in the weeks since visiting Custom Complete Automotive, only to find out my wheel bearing had been damaged. Will not be returning to this place and do not recommend.

Hats off to Custom Complete!  My wife and I were driving across the country in a 20 year old Saturn and, sure enough, we had some car issues along the way.  We called a couple other places from the road, but no one could get us in for 3-4 days. Gavin at Custom Complete was so helpful!  He got us in right away.  The worn out axle was replaced under the estimated cost and ahead of schedule!  They also alerted us that the other axle was leaking some grease, but that it was not an immediate concern. In less than two hours we were back in the road.  Big thanks to all the folks at Custom Complete for saving the day!

Forgot to align my car, then put the wrong vin on my inspection sheet. I work over 50 hours a week so unless you have the time to continue going back to get done what you've asked I would go elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
