I have done business with this establishment for several years and have always had a good experience.  I took my car in this Tuesday with transmission problems.  Nick was managing the service area and Jeffrey worked on my car.  They explained everything to me in detail (which I really appreciate!) and fixed the immediate problem, staying after closing to do so.  We also discussed exactly what to do if there were future issues related to this problem.  It was overall a great customer service experience and I was very satisfied.

If I could give a zero, I would. I was very disappointed with the service I received here. My car was having issues accelerating. I eventually found out it was very CLEARLY a catalytic converter problem, but the people working on my car here did a $700 timing belt repair and then told me my issue was fixed. After paying, I drove my car and it was EXTREMELY obvious that it was still messed up. I went back into the shop and he said he might have to do more repairs, including several things, one thing being the catalytic converter. I then gave up on them, as it seemed like he was aimlessly suggesting things to take my money because I obviously do not know a lot about cars. I had a friend repair it and he said it was very obvious that it was the catalytic converter, fixed it, and it's been working well since. That was in May 2016. Now, in March 2017, my car has had a little bit of a hesitation, and I took it to Tires Plus (GREAT shop), and I've had a little bit of a leak in my valve cover gasket, which Custom Complete Automotive "repaired" when they did the timing belt last year. I'm so pissed, because I should not be paying for this part and the attached labor twice in one year, but I refuse to go back to Custom Complete Automotive a second time just to get the warranty. Also, the man I called on the phone was extremely rude when I explained the situation and didn't like that I said I was previously unsatisfied with the work they had done.

I came in with destroyed front end.  Knowing I was from out of town and needing to get home fast,  Steve and the guys jumped into action.  I paid $80 less quoted.  I can't say enough about this shop!

Went there for a vehicle inspection complete and total rip-off completely lied about Parts needing to be replaced went somewhere else for an inspection and past with no problem

Our truck was brought here after a break down. The guys were super nice and didnt fix what wasn't broken. I appreciate them not taking advantage of us. I will definitely use them again
