I love this place. I've heard bad stuff happening there and I'd believe some of it. But I've been coming here for over 8 years now and have only had one experience that wasn't great and it was because of the mechanic in the back. He has since been fired and no problems since. Joe is awesome (at the front desk) and always shoots me straight. "Here's what could be done, here's what needs to be done, what do you want done?"... always the way of it. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone!

Being new to the area, I was unsure of where to have my vehicle serviced. A co-worker recommended Joe @ Custom Complete on Worley, she takes her car there as well. I called and was treated very respectful and the day I took my car there for service was the best experience I've ever had at a shop!! Honest, quick, clean and impeccable service! Im a Lifelong customer now!!

Very professional and kind. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a girl. Came in for an oil change, and that's all I got. They did say I needed new tires... thank goodness they checked because I had no clue! I'll be doing that this week

Save your time/money and do not go here. They are after your money and  I'm sure that they target college kids. 

They wanted to charge me $850 (which is more than what my car is worth) to repair a heater hose connector. I took it elsewhere (auto specialist off of Ammonette St) and ended up finding out that they told me the WRONG part that needed repairing (originally they said the entire part where all the hoses connect and the hoses themselves were in need of replacing). Two hose connectors ended up costing me $20 to buy online myself. They had also said I wouldn't be able to find the part for my 2002 Volkswagen anywhere else except from a Volkswagen themselves. Maybe that would be true if my car was brand new, but it is far from it at this point. Overall, it only costed me $20 for the parts and $70 for the repair compared to what Custom Complete wanted to charge me.

Don't come here.
If I could give negative stars I would. They said for an oil change,tire rotation and to check the brakes that it would be 30 minutes until the could get us in then it has been 2 plus hours for them to do this.
