I would recommend working with Renee to anyone!! My fiance and I went into him and told him exactly what we wanted and he gave us advice and designed the most perfect ring for us and at the best cost!! If you want a great quality ring with an easy process, go to custom ring design!! Also, the pictures on the reviews don't do them justice... he can literally design ANYTHING you want. My ring is absolutely perfect and I get so many compliments.

They are nice guys. The issue is that they’re not at all professional. I went in and we talked through a design, he took measurements and said he’d get back to me in a week. Two weeks passed, so I called to see what the status was. I talked to one guy who said he’d check them call me back. He didn’t, so I called again. A different guy answered, said he’d check and call me back. He didn’t. Days passed and I called them back. He said some excuse about why it wasn’t done and said he’d get back to me. This happened 3 more times. At that point he told me, “Hey man, I’m just doing you a favor.” Really? A favor? Making custom rings is LITERALLY YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS. I’ve given up following up with them and still haven’t heard back, and it’s two weeks after my last call to them. If you want to be treated like an actual human being by professionals in their craft, don’t choose Custom Ring Design.

You won't pay very much for a ring here--and you'll get even less than you pay for.

I bought both my wife's rings, and my own wedding band because of their low price, but I so wish I had gone elsewhere. They didn't call me when they said they would, and when I showed up to pick up my wife's wedding band, they hadn't even processed it so I had to order it again.

When my wedding band came, it was too big, and when I asked to have it sized down, Renee refused THREE TIMES!! Fast forward a few weeks, it fell off my hand at work and was lost. When I called to see what they would do, Dave told me I should have had it resized with them. I TRIED. He gave me some line about how he'd call their insurance and call me back--never happened. I called him back two more times and nothing changed.

The rings I ordered for my wife were supposed to be completely pure yellow gold. This week using a pure metal detector for an estate sale, we found the rings aren't pure gold!!! How are the prices here so cheap? Well, it helps if they don't give you what they say they will.

You will not get any kind of honest support here. It is not worth the few dollars you will save to not have your rings ready when you need them, or to not have any care given about your business. They prey on college students who have few other options. There are several custom jewelers in Salt Lake who are honest, have competitive prices and much better service. I will never recommend this company to a single soul.

I love Dave and Rene. Saved me a ton of money!  Dave was very prompt getting back to me. I sent him pictures of the exact ring that I wanted and he had it done in a little over a week. Really good dudes, great to chat with.

Great Quality, Rose gold with Moissanite has never looked so good. They are affordable, reliable and very fun to work with. I was really touched by their honestly and willing to work with our budget. 1 year later after purchasing the ring it looks brand new. I highly recommend working with these gentleman they are honest, care about their quality and satisfaction of their customers.  I believe they truly love what they do and can guarantee you a quality ring.
