I searched several stores to have my Bulova watch fixed (the pin that holds the clasp on the watch band had broke). No one could do it because it’s a specialty pin. Mullet-Hoover was able to fix it and take a link out in 10 minutes (on the spot) and it cost me only a couple dollars. I will use them from here on out for any watch repairs and purchases. Thank you for the AMAZING customer service.

I've been working with Brad, Jan, and Peter for over ten years. They're extremely reliable, stand by their work, and always go the extra mile to make sure that the customer's expectations are exceeded. They do great design work as well as engraving and customization, and usually at better prices than online retailers. They even ship out of state (I live in NYC).

Our Real Estate company has been using Mullett Hoover for many years. They always do an incredible job with everything we ask for, from small plates, to name tags, to rubber stamps to even the most intricate awards. These guys are top notch and offer Old Fashioned personalized service. They are on time, every time, and make every effort to get jobs done even on short notice. If we ever (rarely) find a mistake, they fix it quickly. A special shout out to Brad, Peter and Jan for always doing things with quality and care.

They made custom wedding rings for my wife and I. They are also the friendliest staff in Provo. Good luck finding a better place for awards or jewelry. Thanks again!
