I started with the 6 week challenge with the mind set of "if I love it...Then I'll stay" not even halfway through my first class I fell in love with this place. The coaches the atmosphere. PHENOMENAL. I am staying with them.

This is a GREAT place for any person of any physical ability. Great coaching, and lots of great, regular, everyday people who want to do something that breaks up the every day routine. Never over crowded and very welcoming. I've been to a number of these places and this is the best. This is perfect place for a person who wants a great workout but doesn't want to feel like they are going to get hurt or "join a cult." I especially appreciate how the workouts are scalable and how the Coach takes the time to make sure every one is both safe yet challenged, so they leave every day feeling accomplished.

Cross fit is something I have put off for two years because I have not found a gym I felt comfortable in. Cuyahoga Falls Cross Fit is a good mix of competitive and relaxed. The people who work out there are fantastic.

Outstanding and friendly box. Visiting for the week and the 1830 class welcomed me as one of their own. Definitely worth the visit, thanks for supporting the military.
