PERSONAL TRAINING:
Certified Personal Trainers work one-on-one with clients or in small groups to help them reach their fitness goals. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments, designing fitness plans that are specific to the individual’s needs and wants. They even educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

REVOLUTION FITNESS:
This class incorporates a little bit of everything- high intensity interval training (HIIT), weight training, body weight exercises, ab blasters, full body circuits, cross training- all to help you meet your fitness goals! Each workout is backed by proven exercise science to give participants real results as well as educate them about their body, health and wellness. This class is perfect for any fitness level and is never the same boring routine!

BOOTCAMP:
Boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with a combination of interval training and strength training.

KIDS’ KARATE:
This program is designed for children aged 6 and up. Karate is a martial art that deals with attacks through evasive body movements and/or blocking, and counter attacks using kicks, punches and strikes, joint locks, restraints and takedowns. People variously practice it as a form of self defense, a way of keeping healthy, and as a sport.

KIDS’ BRAZILLIAN JU-JITSU:
This program is designed for children aged 6 and up. Ju-jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It promotes the concept that using proper technique, leverage and then applying join-lock and chokeholds will defeat the opponent.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:
Strength and Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of individuals. This training is designed for helping individuals to become faster, stronger and more flexible as well as increasing their skill and knowledge of physiology and chemistry so they can perform better and remain injury free.
-Monday through Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm
BRAZILLIAN/JAPANESE JIU-JITSU:
Jiu-jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It promotes the concept that using proper technique, leverage and then applying join-lock and chokeholds will defeat the opponent.

STRIKING AND FREESTYLE JUDO:
Judo is a combat sport that demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline. It involves techniques that allow you to sweep, takedown and throw your opponents. It includes techniques that allow you to pin your opponents down to the ground, control them, and apply various chokeholds or joint locks until submission.

USA KARATE:

ADVANCED STRKING
This is a program for all martial artists and competitors. This program consists of many styles of striking traditional and modern. It is designed for improving each student’s knowledge and application of their techniques for all levels of self defense and/or competition.
-Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS:
MMA is a program that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing up and on the ground. While attending this program you will get in shape, learn many of the best Martial Arts techniques like Joint Manipulation, Striking, Pressure Points, Grappling and so much more. This is also a great program for police and military to get involved with. This class requires no previous experience- anyone is welcome!

SPORTS PERFORMANCE:
Athletic Conditioning challenges youth and adult athletes to train for their sport(s) at a high level of athleticism. Athletic Conditioning increases overall sports performance and reduces injury risks. This is done by unique, innovative systems of training specifically targeted to improve individual speed, strength, power, agility, reaction, movement mechanics, dynamic balance, nutrition and recovery. Each Conditioning session uses sequences of drills and exercises that are sport-specific to combine the science and application necessary to improve sport performance.
