I was introduced to North Akron Fit Body Boot Camp by a friend. I had seen her transformation and was actually mentally ready to take control of my body so I did the 21 day trial and was hooked! This boot camp works for me because I don't have to make the choice of what machines/exercises I'm doing daily, they do all that. That structure works for me and its changed up enough that I'm still learning different exercises 5 months later. You also learn about meal preparation and the importance of it. The support from the staff and other members is unbelievably great. You feel encouraged and inspired by everyone. I recommend this to anyone who is ready for that change because I'm so much happier.

I joined about 4 weeks ago and I'm hooked! I have been since day 1. I love the camaraderie with everyone! The staff and other members are so very encouraging and helpful! I still do some of the workouts modified but one day I WILL be strong enough to do it the challenging way! I have never felt I had to compare myself to others when working out. They encourage proper form and making sure your doing the workout correctly. They encourage not giving up and pushing yourself harder than the last set or day before. It's not about beating and being faster than your fellow workout members. It's about doing YOU! If your looking for a structured, fun, yet challenging workout this is the place for you! You will not regret it, I promise! Plus Josh is funny and I like people that make me laugh!

An awesome environment!! Don't feel like working out? Jump on the facebook page and there are tons of motivating factors that push you to get to class. Amazing people who help you reach your goals in smart, safe, and fun ways. I cannot say enough about the coaches, they are always there helping you reach goals, to have a better day, and sometimes they are right beside you on that blue floor sweating it out and busting their butts to become better! After a while that blue floor starts to feel like family and if you haven't visited family in a while they'll check up on you too! Can't say enough about this place :)

What I thought I was going to get when I decided to join this FBBC: -30 min group class with a bunch of women lifting 2lb dumb bells. What I actually got: - One of the best workouts you can get in 30 minutes - One on One Nutritional/Lifestyle Coaching - Accountability to reach your goals - Coaches that care and want to see you reach your goals as much as you do - A community of some of the nicest and encouraging people I have ever met 5 months in and I still look forward to going to this positive environment everyday! One of the best investments I have ever decided to make for myself!!

June is my one year anniversary of joining this wonderful family! Coming up on 200 sessions. I've lost 23 lbs. Lost over 11 inches(I think it's probably more) Started in a size 12 (tight).... wearing a size 8 now, comfortably. And the best part is, I feel Strong and Healthy! Joining this family has changed my life! Coaches are the best! This isn't just a Gym. This isn't just a Boot Camp class. It's a way of life! We are a family!
