An unethically driven store 3701 has and continues to sale milk that is below quality level. Equally frustrating is to know that personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI) are all handled with minimal caution. On multiple occassions Troy along with other supervisors have utilized PII pertaining to other customers to gain an advantage on surveys: extremely unethical. An organization that says they are comitted to a better way of health, yet on several occasions patients have complained about the mishandling of their prescriptions to include the acute cause of illness to their pets as a result of consumed products from CVS and the same results exist! An underperforming, unethically, con operating store its unimaginable that CVS permits this, however may explain why the store contiues to see contributing factors to the stores recent budget woes!

Horrible experience this morning! Isaac decides he wants to be rude. I hands him money and he sits the money on the counter each transaction. I'll be calling corporate ... It's ridiculous when people can't extended simple courses and you are representing a brand.

I came to the CVS because the Walgreens across the highway is terrible. Rebecca Weaver, the pharmacist, is great. Walgreens incompetent staff had billed for a prescription I hadn't picked up (after waiting for over an hour) and Rebecca went above and beyond to straighten it out. Thank you CVS for proving that you put the customers needs in the forefront. Your competition could learn a few things from you.

I've been coming to this CVS for a bit over a year; in the past, it was absolutely painful to have to go into the store or to the pharmacy. Now, it seems, CVS may have new management/hired new employees. The staff are very friendly and helpful inside the store, and are quick to remedy any lines that build up (it's a pretty busy store). My only constructive feedback would be for the pharmacy to practice a little more haste when customers are standing at the pick-up counter--at least let the customers know someone will be helping them shortly, as opposed to ignoring the customer altogether. It's also pretty difficult to get a hold of the pharmacy via phone, but lately it seems to be improving. All-in I give this location 4 stars, though if I were to break it down...5 stars for the CVS store/employees, 3 stars for the pharmacy.

i would love to thank Julie !!! she is the hardest working best employee that works at the pharmacy! she goes out of her way to help and works very hard!! I trust i am always taken care of thanks to her!!!
