Customer service for Pharmacy is extremely slow! Plenty of employees but no one to “assist”. All too busy- yeah right. I’ll be happy to take my business somewhere its wanted. I waited for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged.

This is by far the WORST Walgreens!!! I have given them chance after chance, because I like Walgreens stores. But I've had it! I refilled my prescription 2 days ago and it's still not ready!!! They always take 20 plus minutes to get prescription that have already been filled. People here have no idea how to do anything right!!

This pharmacy has the rudest young men...using the term young men loosely.(children)..they have attitudes of young uneducated children who will throw your credit cards and ID..they definetly need more training and managment at this store. I guess you get what you pay for.

There is always a long line to pick up prescriptions inside and outside with not enough staff to help. They need to hire more people to check out customers. Be prepared to wait in long lines 90 percent of the time.

This place has the worst service, rude people in the pharmacy and have no customer service what so ever. I went there with my 17 years old son to get my prescription waiting 20 minutes in the line which it was shocking since there was only one 2 person ahead of us. Then we get told it will take 1.5 hour to get the prescription which is only an antibiotic and a pain killer. So being that I was in too much pain my son dropped me at home when he went back they wouldn’t give him my medicine because he is only 17 and needs to be 18. So he get his Aunty to go back with him and do you believe one of the workers make a comment “ check her Driver license to make sure she is over 18” funny cause she sure does look that young. Take the drive one more exit south west to reading and that wall-green in the Brazos Town Center would be a better choice you won’t regret it.
