I am a regular at this HEB and it deserves more than five stars. I absolutely love this place, the prices are great, and the customer service is fantastic! I always feel very welcome when I walk in.

We went in this store on Dec 27,2017 at around 12 noon. We saw a Russel Stover Chocolates on sale. It’s $9.98 with 50% off sign and we confirmed with one of the managers and she said that it’s half price. We took 10 boxes and shopped around some more. When we were paying, the price was $9.98 and we told them that it is supposed to be half price. Then they insisted that it’s not half price. I talked to MANGERS HARVEY and AL and said that they already changed the price and said that they removed the half off. They said that they could change it anytime they wanted, and they only wanted to give me one for half off but eventually gave me two. They still should’ve honored the 50 off that we initially got before they decided to officially change it again. That was their mistake but did not want to honor it. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I used to work in a grocery store and if it’s the wrong price, the item is free. We just wanted the prices they had on it before, the sale price they had before, before they change it. IS THAT HOW HEB DO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE??? AND HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS???

Love HEB a million times better than Kroger!  Better quality, larger variety, even better prices and deals.  Don't forget...HEB is local.

The store? Love it. Always what I'm looking for and even on busy days I can usually walk out fairly quick. I loved how for Harvey they had supplies and opened even on the worst of days. Why 2 stars? Because all claims of horrible customer service is true. I usually understand when someone is having a bad day, but it seems like everyone is always having a bad day here. I even complained to a supervisor today and received nothing but excuses for what is obviously a lack of customer service from the customer service department. Now I understand why workers there don't really have any initiative to provide proper service when supervisors find excuses to customers in front of the employees. H.E.B of greatwood, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Time to find another store.
