I have used this pharmacy regularly for 7 years. I used to get good service. There is one fairly new female pharmacy tech that has caused me to transfer all my prescriptions to Publix. She is rude, condescending, and does not care about the welfare of her customers, many of which are elderly and sick with serious illnesses. I will not spend my money there any longer.

Terrible experience,my doctor called in a patch for back pain. My son went to pick it up and they said it's $91
Online it shows $32 on there website. The person at the pharmacy had my son wait a little,then my son showed on his phone the exact item on the website,still he said today it's $91
He went to Walmart pharmacy and got it in 5 minutes.
I was in severe pain gave my son the extra 30 minutes of run around.

This CVS is the worst one I have encountered. They will fill your scripts the same medication and say "I'm uncomfortable filling this" you been filling it. That's an excuse they are allowed to use per the district manager. They will hold on to your medical for days and then say we need prior Approval, why didn't you get prior approval on tues, weds, or thurs while you had it. Wait til the day they said it would be done. I was going out of town if I would have gotten sick nice suite. Then I bring another proscription they said we don't order this 😲 Y'all got me prior approval for the medication with my insurance and y'all are a pharmacy how don't y'all order pills when that's your whole business is to give medication nothing else, but you don't order. Besides a pharmacy where do you get meds. A pharmacy!!! Keep trying to protect that pharmacy number I hope CVS get rid of them for being so uppidty with their license. I don't feel comfortable same doctor each month. Why did y'all become pharmacist? The black lady is a order taker from the Indian.... have your own mind. Don't matter what people are taking they are adults you are their to count and have it in stock. Get better pharmacist who's cautious, but not nosy!!! They give the medication to who they feel should have it. Who has ever heard you can't pay cash for your medication. Go find y'all destiny this isn't it. Good thing is they both are of this world and one day a pharmacist will treat them how they treated others when they are on desperate dire of medication. Human!!! Do others as you would want done to you. ✌🏽🍾💋 y'all both are fired... 🙌🏽

I have been using this pharmacy for years and all the pharmacists there are awesome. Not only do they fill my prescriptions but answer questions about otc drugs, even coming out to show me the otc meds I need. I trust them implicitly.
