Absolute worst Healthcare Clinic!  Today was my third and final attempt.  After scheduling online, showing up 15 minutes early, and waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I had yet to see anyone come in or out.  I asked a cashier if anyone was there and they said "there should be", but did not check or offer any more assistance.  For a business created solely for convenience, you would think they would try to be a little more, you know, convenient!

Waited in drive thru pharmacy for at least 15 minutes until anyone even spoke to us. 5 cars waiting behind us too. No apologies for the wait either. They were ringing people at the counter up but not the drive thru. Avoid this location.

Worst pharmacy ever. I am insulin dependant and was refused a sale for flex pen needles which are used for prefilled insulin pens. They said a prescription was necessary, which no other pharmacy has said before. I have always been able to buy the pen needles over the counter elsewhere. Furthermore, I've bought plain syringes for my other insulin over the counter here with no issue. So I guess diabetics have more hoops to jump through here than heroin users. Will never be back.

I moved here six months ago and never experienced the problems that have been described here. I use the drive through every month, pharmacist and techs are very informative and friendly. I've worked in a hospital and just retired after 34 all of which i dealt with patients and their families so I do know there are times people are not satisfied with services, what can be a matter of 3 minutes in actuality may be perceived as 20 mins for the person waiting. Sadly perception is reality. If a clerk is giving back the wrong change perhaps it's because our society only knows how to use electronic devices and are not able to make change on their own. I review my transactions every place of business as I find this is the norm nowadays. 
  I think too many people are quick to judge others, I would like to see you perform at your place of work. I managed 42 employees and represented patients as the hospital liasion for any problems. Lighten up people, I hope you give as good as you expect of others.
