Go to a different pharmacy with competent staff members. The "technician" who we talked to was incredibly rude. She assumed we didn't speak English due to our phenotypical appearances and decided to treat us the way she wanted to. She claimed she was processing our insurance, but I know that doesn't take 30+ minutes. She got fed up and sent the pharmacist, who had no clue what his incompetent, yet "certified technician" was doing. He asked us what the issue was and told us that the medicine we needed only needed to be bagged up since the insurance was done processing minutes ago. We never received an apology, but rather the same technician checked us out in the end, by this point, sis was literally shaking with anger. Will update and edit this post if I find out her name.
