consistently worst customer service, prescription management, inventory control, slow delivery and uncaring staff bordering on rude at every level

I go there because it's the closest to my house. Other than that, I would no go because the Pharmacist whom is a woman, is so rude and unfriendly. She does not care at all. When I get my medication, she is usually busy that never explains the medication and how to take it or once she wasn't even there, the lady gave me the medication and said, if you wanna talk to pharmacist come back later. Horrible Staff. They need to change their Pharmacist to a nicer one, People are Sick

the ONLY reason i'm going to this CVS is because it's closest to my house, the one in woodland hills and the one just a few miles down on ventura blvd. are horrid. this is no different. i haven't even gone in yet, i've had to call in about getting a refill and spoke to the same woman every time who 1. speaks over me 2. doesn't listen 3. is rude and 4. is completely unhelpful. i have to do all the work myself anyways. CVS pharmacy assistants DON'T assist and are SO rude.
