This pharmacy is awful. They have screwed up too many times for me to continue going there. The wait is incredibly long, no matter what time of day, they didn't fill my prescription after an entire day had gone by, so I had to wait for an hour in the store for them to fill it. They have literally given me someone else's prescription by mistake, their customer service is horrendous. They truly just don't care. They all act like they're too busy to do anything. Hire more staff then if you're that busy! I have watched the whole staff ignoring incoming phone calls for at least 15 minutes, and experienced the same the one time I made the mistake of calling. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, finally someone answered and immediately hung up. I called back and waited another 15 minutes for them to answer the phone and tell me that even though they were out of the medication I needed, to transfer it I had to call the other store myself so I wasted 35 minutes for nothing. This place is a joke. I already transferred one of my prescriptions and I plan on transferring the rest.

I have been to this location many times because it is the closest CVS to me but they are always lacking employees either in the front or pharmacy.  The pharmacy staff is good but I feel just by their responses that they are over worked and tired.  It's one of those have to go places that's neither fun nor comfortable.  When it's crowded, there's only 2 cashiers. I rarely see a third register open even when there's a long line.

The staff are the best it's a cool place to get what you need 24/7.If you don't know David, Kevin, Keith, are the best if I were in charge I would give out raises. Only thing that sucks is the faulty alarm on the door when you come in it goes off lol, also the restrooms should be open at night I have to pee.

Don't waste your time at this place. The heavy set Mexican woman who works at night won't help fill prescriptions & has an attitude that clearly shows she's miserable. The pharmacist who works with her stood & did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist me in getting my prescription for my amputee husband, who couldn't come to pick up his prescription himself.

I basically live at this cvs, so it's an automatic 4 stars! The staff are great, & they have a dope security guard.
