This is my to-go CVS as a college student at Emory as it is open 24/7. It is close to main campus and it it easier to get there. However, the prices are a little high for students with less financial means. The staff is relatively friendly, especially at night. The pharmacy staff is very neutral but they are very helpful with questions. Whenever I get my prescriptions refilled, it is ready by the time I'm there and the lines go by pretty quickly. It has given me a great experience as a foreign student but wish it was cheaper. 
The one time I had an issue was finding regular Tylenol. The staff know the general location of items but not whether they're out of it or not. I found it by scouraging the shelves but it took me like 2 hours. They still had it though and I needed the regular kind!

RUDE RUDE RUDE pharmacist and technician! For several months in a row, I got a phone call saying my prescription would be ready on a certain date and time. But, when I got there, it was not ready and I had to wait for 30-45 minutes for them to fill it. I called the pharmacy to let them know about the problem, and they REFUSED to do anything about it. They tried to quickly push me off to an 800 number. I tried to explain to them that it shouldn't be my job to make sure their store runs right, and the tech who answered the phone got all uppity with me, started to yell over me, and then hung up on me! They REFUSED to take any accountability the problem and tried to make their poor operations MY problem. Sorry CVS, I'm not your consultant, it's not my job to fix your system.

I will be taking all of my prescriptions and all my business elsewhere FOREVER. There is literally nothing CVS can do to ever win me back as a customer. Good riddance to this horrible store, horrible company, and even horrible people they let work there. Please do yourself and the world a favor and never set foot in a CVS again. I miss the old days of neighborhood pharmacies where the pharmacist actually knew your name and would bend over backwards to make sure they even had the right candy bars for you. These corporate drone "pharmacists" just come in, punch their time cards, and watch the clock until it's time to go home. Stop shopping at these faceless corporate monstrosities, and give your business to people who actually care about you.

And to echo what others here have said, their forced self-checkout is absurd. There were two employees standing by the self checkout machines whooping and hollering at each other while customers were trying to help themselves. Why should I give my business to a place that makes me do the work their employees are supposed to do? I can appreciate self-checkout when it is optional, but it is MANDATORY here. They have more than enough employees to check you out with dignity instead of forcing me to try and do their job while they stand around and look at their phones.

LOVE the store and employees...Downside: Groups (5-10 people size) of Emory students that enter the store an just - stop!! Many times making their chat circle in front of the door, and yak on while others coming into the store have to manage to get around them. Same with stopping and blocking isles...no awareness that they are not the only patrons in that store. :::sigh:::

The pharmacy is slow and even with 4 or 5 people working in the pharmacy, there is only one person checking the multitude of people out. 
I will keep going here because it's really convenient to my house. 

Also, others have talked about how they boot you if you even look at another business and while I didn't face this myself, I did see 2 cars with boots on them so don't risk parking there unless you are just going to CVS.
