I had a great experience here with the employee who works at night, Howard. He was very polite and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely return because the service I recieved.

Not actually 24 hours. The lights were on, the 24 sign was on, but the door was locked and there was not a person in sight.

This is far the worst experience I have ever received from customer services. Jon the operations manger was very rude and condescending. I purchased a phone charger the night before and it didn't work for my phone. I brought it back the very next day. I didn't have my receipt but I did have the card I purchased it with. Jon proceeded to scold me that cvs is being really strict with their return policy and he would do it this time and I should always hold onto my receipts ( we are talking about a $16.00) charger) I would of given 0 stars if I could. I will never shop at this store or any CVS again. More focus should be given to having a decent clean bathrooms for your customers to use, than worrying about a customer doesn't have a receipt for menial refund of a phone charger.

Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. Avoid this CVS at all cost. I'm sure they only get business because they are right across the street from a hospital because they are very rude. When you ask them question and ask for help they clearly show you how annoyed they are and you are nothing but a bother to them. I'm highly disgusted by this CVS.
