My very expensive shades haven't fit properly since the beginning. I'm about to have an installer out for repair for the 2nd time. It seems like he didn't follow the initial design properly. I'm going to be left with damaged shades and a bunch of extra holes in my aluminum window frames. I'll revise this review if the situation changes. Update: I had the installers out for the 3rd time a few months ago. My shades still look bad, are quite telescoped, the pull chains rub on the shades, the chain loops aren't installed in a consistent place. I just gave up and decided I'll replace these as soon as I can afford to. This time I'll do more research about the vendor.

The Shade Store was excellent to work with from start to installation! Received all the samples that I requested via their website in a timely manner and then visited the store where all questions were answered by Annie.  Frances Johnson handled my purchases and was always responsive in a very timely manner.  The shades turned out perfect for my master bedroom and 2 upstairs guest rooms.  I am very happy.

Frances was such a pleasure to work with. Her recommendations were spot on and respected my budget. The blinds that I purchased seen to be flawed and dint close as tightly as I'd like. However they do an admirable job of filtering the sunlight. I plan to upgrade them in the bear future and will use The Shade Store to facilitate that purchase.
