Young black lady who works here on the slightly heavier side , was discriminitory towards me and was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She laughed while asking me questions like she didn't take me serious, and told me phones were available but I was not allowed to see them and she said she didn't make the rules she just follows them do you wanna call my manager ? She was rude and asked other customers was she rude and made us all feel uncomfortable. I hate being a young black male and having to be looked at like a criminal when I enter the building . It's really sad. I was embarrassed and asked the store manager Justin Dorsey over the phone for the regional o district managers name and he said we don't give out that kind of information. I hate that's it's 2017 and blacks must still deal with this treatment. I WILL NOT ever return and you should go elsewhere when thinking about shopping with ATT. Maybe Best Buy next door

Horrible customer service. I'm Caucasian and the person who I was trying to get the information too, but his attitude and approach was terrible, unprofational and makes me feel I chose the wrong carrier.

Neat and clean location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You should definitely check this place out if you're in the area.

Great customer service! The store ALWAYS looks great every time I walk in. The employees are all very polite and professional. Usually 4 or 5 employees working in the small store, and they are always willing to help and fix any problem you have. My experience there was very nice and satisfying. I recommend the girl working there with the name of Mashia, lovely girl! Never gave me the feeling of being ripped off. She made sure to help me decrease my bill and helped me the best she could with coupons for my iphone6 temper glass and case.
