Who ever wrote that bad reviews I have been to that cvs they are nothing but positive well meaning staff They have to deal with a lot of people every day make sure that no mistakes are made I think what she did was right you just didn't like what she had to say That's the different styles It is a fine place with caring workers I give it four stars

I used to love this store and the pharmacy had great people but it has gone down hill due to a new pharmacist Danielle. Danielle has to be one of the worst pharmacists ever. I witnessed her break HIPPA laws yelling at a man who was a day early for his heart medication. Last week I dropped off a prescription cough medication for my daughter and was paged back to the pharmacy. Danielle said she wouldn't fill it stating that it contains codeine and she said if I want the medicine to have my doctor call to make sure the prescription wasn't counterfeit! This was a Friday afternoon and the doctor office had already closed for the weekend so I asked why she would think it was counterfeit and she said "You can have the doctor call or you can leave". I was shocked and asked to take the prescription somewhere else and she refused to give it back to me. Even the other pharmacy techs were shocked. Not only was this embarrassing for me but my daughter was without her medicine the whole weekend. When I contacted my doctor Monday he could not believe it and said to stay away from this pharmacist. The way Danielle treats people is horrible and I will never be going back to CVS again.
