I'm surprised at all of these negative reviews for Lizelle's. When I went there to pick out my wedding dress they were very polite and organized and they listened to what I was hoping to find. Sure I went in thinking I was going to end up with a ball gown but I ended up with the perfect dress. They have also been very attentive with any and all of my questions about my dress or veils. Even though it was the middle of the afternoon they were extremely nice and were sure to ask any and all of my questions. I highly recommend this Bridal Boutique for any new bride. However I will say the building is small and if you have a large party coming with you it will be VERY tight and a hassle. So I recommend take up to 3 people when you go dress shopping there. But overall, I am incredibly satisfied with Lizelle's and I can't wait till my dress arrives!

Okay let's get real for a minute. I was in a wedding and this is where the bride chose to get the dresses. Well we were all super excited!!! Until we met the staff... in a word? HORRIBLE! They are incredibly rude & unprofessional. To me, it seemed apparent that they were there to make money, not happy brides. It was heartbreaking really. A wedding is one of the most pivotal moments in a girl's life... wedding dress shopping should be exciting, not tearful. I do not exaggerate when I tell you they had some of our girls crying, literally. At one point we finally made a little headway with one staff member on one issue only to have the pregnant blonde monster who was sitting downstairs at the desk to follow us upstairs and continue making horrible snide comments to us while the bride stood in her dress for a fitting! She acted like a 2 yr old because we were being helped in a way she didn't want us to be. It was completely ridiculous - I never saw a grown person act in such an ugly way in all my life! I don't know how they are still in business. My guess is the two nice reviews are by them!

There were a lot of differnent dresses in one place, but everything was just in sample sizes (around a size 8) and they only had that as an option to try on. It was a little difficult to visualize options if needing a different size. The dressing rooms were also small, not very well lit and not very private. Overall pretty underwhelmed with our experience there.
