I was there on Sunday morning and what a miserable bunch of employees working behind the counter.  

They don't write your order down so you need to repeat it and they get annoyed with you and still don't get it right. They don't know what toasted means. The manager was on his phone outside while there was a long line forming. He came in and went directly to the back office. Nice showing from management.

Next time I am in the mood for a bagel with cream cheese, I will just go to Acme to buy the stuff.

I get that Saturday morning can be busy, but to have a 50 minute wait for a bagel is absurd. This place is wholly unprepared for more than about 2 customers per hour. The usual Manhattan bagel we go to can handle the volume with no problem, it's generally way busier than this location but they make it work just fine. And then the iced coffee isn't actually iced coffee, but just steaming hot coffee that you pour over ice until it becomes a half water/half warm coffee mix.

Love Manhatten bagels bagels.....but... these are some of the most ignorant people on the face of the earth. Never, never get an order right. I know there prob not paying anything but still miserable pieces of crap... feel like I'm talking to inmates with a life sentence. What is so hard about 2 sandwiches  with 3 total items on them each? Go head give it a try , they should pay you for your order

Always treated humanely and the music was fabulous.  The shop was always clean ;  the guests and staff never gross in their language.  The muffins were large and yummy and the coffee has been unsurpassed.  I don't get there very often anymore because I live  in a different town now.
