This CVS is Horrible! And I mean the Pharmacy! The upfront service is okay.  I ABHOR THE PHARMACY! I have been going here for many years and Every Time I pick up my mom's prescriptions they mess it up! EVERY SINGLE TIME! Every month, even after calling to ask if it is ALL ready. "Yes", they say. They lie!

Now, my most recent visit was the worst yet. I asked the pharmacy where I could find a personal item. The first person I talked to asked me to say it over and over like 5 or 6 times, while smirking and giggling. Then went and asked someone else in the Pharmacy and their reaction was the same but also asked me to describe what it looked like and describe what it is for. It was awful! And this is a fairly common product and not one that is very embarrassing but they made it very embarrassing!  This is a pharmacy! You are supposed to be able to talk to them about more sensitive things and they respond with discreet help!

The CVS Pharmacy in Loris, SC is the last place you want to go for any thing! The employees are completely unprofessional and offensive! Corporate CVS needs to investigate, send in secret shoppers, the whole works and be more selective on who they hire!

Most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever seen. That’s a scary issue. 
Every time I need a refill or my doctor calls in AND sends in a new prescription they never have it. And refuse to look it up. The staff is rude and refuses to help at all even if it’s a medication your in need of ASAP. 
It’s sad how this pharmacy runs.
