Very professional atmosphere, the manager is very involved and engaging with everyone and treats your problems as his problems!! Very fun crew!! definitely recommended !!

Place is a joke. Had an issue not handled right was sent back to the store to deal with the manager. Manager didn't speak to me at all (Either visit) got stuck dealing with a lady who's worked there forever and still gives out wrong​ info. If you enjoy waiting hours being treated like a scumbag and horrible employees this place is for you!!

Never been treated so rudely ever in my life. The woman screamed at me in a store full of people until I left and refused to give me service. All because she was asked to stop rolling her eyes at me. Never stepping foot in that store again. Absolutely terrible customer service and so unprofessional.

Don and his staff were amazing.  It was like they read my mind and got me exactly what I was looking for in a phone and accessories.  I learned I am a preferred customer and I got a free tablet with my upgrade!  I was thrilled!  If you want old-fashioned customer service, I highly recommend this store!

I went from Verizon to sprint because the data plan. Worst idea everrr. I had a sumsung galaxy s3 and never had 4g and the connection was horrible including dropped calls. I was told it's the phone and switched to the newest s6. Now I have the same problems. Some places I will get 4g ltr but mostly it is still 3g and won't load anything. I tell them and they "can't do anything else because it's the zone I am in" (middle of a city, I'm not in the country either) So they conned me into buying a new phone and signing a new contract and I still only get 3g. SPRINT HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERR ELSE PLEASE!
