I was standing in front of the consultation counter and waiting for 5 minutes. None of the pharmacists even gave me an eye contact. I wasn't that urgent, but isn't that arrogant? It had never occurred to me until today! Thank you!!!

THE. WORST. I recently had my prescription changed. The "old brand" I was taking was discontinued, so I was prescribed the "new brand". Unfortunately "new brand" gave me some side effects which I wasn't experiencing with "old brand" and so I asked my doctor to give me something "different". They called it in to Target/ CVS, problem solved. CVS texted within a few hours, "different" was ready for pick up. Great! Before I could pick it up CVS called to say they were sorry but they didn't stock "new brand" and it likely wouldn't be available for when I needed it. Um?? I told the woman it was of no consequence as I changed to "different", which was ready, and asked please remove "new brand" from their system as I could see this was going to cause confusion with them. Two months later I notice some side effects and wonder why all of a sudden "different" is making me feel bad. Checked the label on my script and oh, hey, what do you know, CVS had refilled "new brand" last time. Have I mentioned that CVS doesn't confirm with you the medication they're giving you? They just hand you a bag and "next customer". I called CVS to say hey this isn't cool, please give me "different" again. They have no record of it. Uh?? When I said I plan to switch to another pharmacy since they couldn't get themselves sorted the answer was "ok" *shrug, no big deal*. See, the answer should be "Oh my god we gave you the wrong medication?! Thank god it wasn't heart medication or something REALLY important that could have caused you a serious problem. Please allow us to contact your doctor and get the correct medication. I'm so, so sorry for this and we want you to know your health and trust is important to you." But I don't know, maybe I take things like pharmaceuticals too serious or something.
